The Southern Mallee District Council aspired to find a surfacing solution for this playspace that was effective and relevant to the rural location of Lameroo. Our team was required to use of a variety of Playkote Gezolan EPDM colours and blends to implement the rubber safety surfacing elements of this project:

A Blend of Eggshell and Middle Grey
A Blend of Black, Dark Grey, Middle Grey, Eggshell and White.
Bright Orange – Individual colour.

The orange circles were designed to resemble crop circles, creating an intense overall effect as seen in the drone shots captures from directly above. The rubber surfacing design required a precise installation ensuring that the illusion of the crop circle continuation was maintained throughout the other surfacing zones.
