This vibrant new area combines PlayMix softfall surfacing with a Mapei acrylic sports court, creating an inclusive and engaging space for families to enjoy year‑round.

The PlayMix surfacing uses GEZOLAN EPDM granules and STOCKMEIER Urethanes binder to provide a safe, colourful and durable surface for active play. The Mapei Acrylic court was finished in TNS Orange, Melbourne Blue and Miami Purple, complete with basketball, netball, four‑square and hopscotch markings. Together these new additions deliver a high‑quality community space that encourages active play and social connection for all ages.
