Several of our team members recently travelled internationally to Papua New Guinea to install this Greenset Worldwide Cushion System for the Monadelphous Group Iagidome court surface at Iagifu Ridge Camp, Kutubu. Our team used Sports light blue for the top layers of the surface, accompanied by linemarking for tennis, basketball, badminton and volleyball.

This project required comprehensive planning and organisation. We were met with challenging conditions including multiple days of 100% humidity prolonging the curing time required between coats. This resulted in split shifts being required to carry out the application. The linemarking also had to be completed at a rapid pace, to ensure the temperature and humidity didn’t affect the linemarking tape and the paint. The extra effort was worth it, and the finished product was a much improved facility for the team at Santos.
